Role Overview:
Khoshbin Capital is expanding its Syndication Network — a select group of licensed, well-connected capital formation professionals who partner with us to syndicate active private placements.
We handle all deal sourcing, structuring, and material preparation. You focus on what you do best — leveraging your investor relationships to help syndicate high-quality, fully diligenced transactions.
This is not a salaried position — it’s a performance-based partnership model designed for experienced professionals with strong investor access seeking a consistent pipeline of vetted opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Khoshbin Capital to syndicate capital across energy, infrastructure, and real estate deals.
- Introduce qualified investors (family offices, venture capital firms, growth funds, cross-over investors, high-networth individuals, hedge-funds, specialty finance institutions, etc.) to live mandates already sourced and structured by our firm.
- Engage your network to place capital in vetted, institutional-grade opportunities.
- Participate in deal briefings, receive full investor materials (deck, teaser, data room), and coordinate closing logistics with our deal team.
- Operate under compliant broker-dealer oversight (Finalis / equivalent).

Ideal Background
• Licensed Registered Representative (Series 7, 82, 63, or equivalent) affiliated with a broker-dealer.
- Proven experience in private placements, fund distribution, or institutional capital raising.
- Existing investor relationships across family offices, private equity, or institutional LPs.
- Backgrounds may include investment banking, private banking, real estate private equity, project finance, or capital introduction.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and motivated to leverage top-tier deal flow.
Compensation
• Rev-share model: typically 20–30% of success fees earned on placed capital.
- No origination required — you focus purely on syndication and investor introductions.
- Full transparency on economics per transaction.
Location:
Remote / Global — with emphasis on United States, Canada, LATAM, Europe, and GCC markets.
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $100,000.00 - $1,500,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 2 – 25 per week
