We’re looking for a driven, organized, and solutions-oriented Sales Development Representative to help expand our footprint across nursing homes and long-term care providers. As part of a startup, you’ll own your own book of business, drive multi-channel outreach, and play a key role in building pipelines. The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of outbound SDR or BDR experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a data-driven, curious, and coachable mindset. Experience in B2B SaaS or the long-term care industry is a plus, but not required.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage your personal book of nursing homes (facilities and regional groups) within an assigned territory.
- Drive multi-channel outbound (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events) to create a qualified pipeline and book high-quality demos.
- Research accounts and tailor outreach for relevance.
- Qualify prospects and partner with AEs on smooth handoffs and follow-through post-demo.
- Maintain tight CRM hygiene; track activity, conversion rates, and forecasted pipeline.
- Collaborate with other SDRs to optimize list strategy, messaging, and coverage across books of business.
What you’ll bring
- 1–3+ years in outbound SDR/BDR roles (startup or B2B SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong organization and time management to prioritize a personal book of accounts.
- Confident cold-calling and crisp written communication; resilient, curious, and highly coachable.
- Data-driven mindset: you test, learn, and iterate to improve response and meeting rates.
- Nursing home/LTC familiarity is preferred but not required.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into providers (SNFs, AL, home health) or RCM/clinical ops.
- Familiarity with PDPM, QMs, MDS, admissions/referrals, or SNF reimbursement.
- Tools: HubSpot/Salesforce, ZoomInfo/Apollo, Outreach/SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace.
- Trade show or field experience (market visits, conferences).

- Fully remote, based in the U.S.
- Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or industry events.
