Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategy for the North American market to drive market share, revenue, and profitability. Identify and capitalize on new growth vectors, including online/offline expansion, product category innovation, and digital transformation.
- Full P&L responsibility for the North American business. Manage the annual budgeting and long-range planning process, with a sharp focus on optimizing operational efficiency, gross margins, and inventory management.
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to deepen strategic relationships with key national retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target) and build a dominant various channel. Spearhead marketing initiatives to elevate brand equity, strengthen consumer engagement, and drive demand.
- In close collaboration with global R&D, define and champion a consumer-centric product roadmap for North America. Ensure all products not only lead in safety and quality but also resonate powerfully with local consumer needs and trends.
- Attract, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, empowering the entire organization to execute with excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a GM or P&L leadership role within the Consumer Goods, durable goods, or juvenile products industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a complex, multi-channel business in the North American market.
- Demonstrated experience in brand building, repositioning, and digital marketing transformation.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing a significant P&L and making data-driven investment decisions.
- An inspirational and empowering leadership style with the ability to build, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams.
