About the Role Enova Illumination is looking for a driven and dynamic Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team in North Texas. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and representing innovative products in the dental and medical field.
As the Territory Representative, you will manage sales activities within your assigned area, working directly with dental professionals, universities, and specialty practices to deliver solutions that enhance precision, clarity, and confidence in every procedure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with dental schools, practices, and key opinion leaders.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations of Enova’s loupes, headlights, and Zumax microscopes.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within your region.
- Attend trade shows, university events, and professional conferences as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Must live in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales — medical, dental, or related industry preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 50–70%).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
