Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to promote products and store events
- Support online sales channels including e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
- Implement marketing campaigns using email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other channels
- Conduct research on market trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
- Assist with content creation for promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and copywriting skills
- Analyze sales data with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize performance marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team on multichannel marketing initiatives including print advertising and product management
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean and organized
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like WordPress or similar CMS systems
- Basic understanding of HTML for content updates is a plus
- Strong research skills to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is desirable
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
