What You’ll Be Doing as a Business Customer Associate
- Act as the primary liaison for AT&T’s business clients, managing service requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely support across digital channels.
- Educate business customers on AT&T’s wireless, internet, and VoIP offerings, aligning solutions with operational needs and driving telecom efficiency.
- Process service activations, account updates, and product upgrades with precision, ensuring accuracy and continuity across AT&T’s business systems.
- Log all client interactions, feedback, and action items in AT&T’s CRM platform, supporting seamless follow-up and campaign visibility.
- Partner with internal sales and technical teams to resolve service issues—maintaining high satisfaction scores and reinforcing AT&T’s business value.
- Identify growth opportunities by recommending AT&T solutions that align with client goals, supporting long-term account development and retention.
What You Need to Bring to the Table as a Business Customer Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, account coordination, or telecom support is strongly preferred, internships and entry-level roles count.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present solutions, and maintain a consultative tone across business interactions.
- Ability to quickly learn AT&T’s business product suite—including wireless, internet, and VoIP—and explain services clearly to business clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts, track service activity, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems and delivering measurable outcomes.
