As a Sales Crew Member, you’ll master the balance of efficiency and empathy. The Sales Crew Member helps eligible individuals enroll in federally supported wireless programs, ensuring they get the talk, text, and data they need to thrive in a digital world—without the bill, the fine print, or the stress.
Core Functions of the Sales Crew Member
- Guide plan selection by recommending wireless and bundled options that match verified eligibility, usage habits, and budget goals.
- Streamline onboarding by validating documents, confirming qualification, and coordinating activation steps across service tiers.
- Maintain CRM precision by logging customer interactions, service milestones, and sales updates to support retention and campaign visibility.
- Support lead flow by assisting senior reps with sales follow-ups, qualification tasks, and enrollment campaign execution.
- Spot growth signals by analyzing usage trends and recommending scalable service upgrades tailored to customer needs.
- Resolve with coordination by working with internal teams to troubleshoot service issues and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Crew Member
- High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business, marketing, or communications is strongly preferred.
- Experience in customer support, sales, or subscription-based sales—especially in telecom, wireless, or digital enrollment environments—is highly valued.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital workflow tools with a focus on accurate data entry, sales tracking, and service milestone documentation.
