Role Description
This full-time, Dallas-based Marketing Manager role oversees the planning and execution of strategy across all Feels Like Home brands, from coordinating campaigns and strengthening our social media presence to leading email marketing efforts and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our vision. As we prepare to open The Bread Club, this role will be especially important in building strong engagement within our community and creating excitement around everything we do. We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and a modern-day visual storyteller—someone who can develop fresh creative concepts for social content, collaborate with our creative production team to bring ideas to life, craft high-performing email campaigns and flows through Klaviyo, and capture dynamic moments in our restaurants that can become compelling Reels and TikToks. The ability to shoot and edit video is a plus but not required; what matters most is a strong creative viewpoint and the ability to guide and execute a clear, cohesive vision.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand management, preferably in hospitality, liquor/spirits, food/beverage, lifestyle or luxury.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Highly creative with enthusiasm to conceptualize and implement new idea that are disruptive while maintain brand positioning.
- Basic graphic design, photography, videography, and editing skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software
- Experience building comprehensive marketing campaigns, including identifying and building partnerships.
- A passion for creative storytelling, visual branding, and staying on top of social trends
- Have a strong proficiency in email marketing and sms strategy and tactics with proven results.
- Ability to generate and present ideas that push boundaries, collaborate with the team, adapt when necessary, and take ownership from concept to execution
