We are hiring a TikTok Shop Account Manager to manage and scale TikTok Shop for multiple e-commerce brands. You will own all aspects of TikTok Shop growth: creator management, ads optimization, SKU performance, and daily GMV scaling. If you do not have direct TikTok Shop experience, this role is not a fit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow daily GMV for assigned brands.
- Analyze SKU performance and recommend changes to pricing, bundles, offers, and creatives.
- Build launch plans for new products and expand winning SKUs.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage creators/affiliates through TCM, Shop for You, and direct outreach.
- Maintain consistent communication with creators, negotiate commissions, and manage sample shipments.
- Run and optimize TikTok Shop Ads (GMV, Conversion, Product Sales objectives).
- Manage campaign structure, test hooks, and scale profitable ads.
- Oversee TikTok Shop setup: catalog, SKUs, shipping settings, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment quality.
- Track creator performance, ad performance, and SKU-level profitability.
- Monitor refund patterns, seller score, and compliance issues.
- Provide daily or weekly GMV updates and actionable insights.
- Maintain dashboards for revenue, commissions, ad spend, and shop health metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts for a brand or agency.
- Strong understanding of TikTok creators, short-form content, and what makes videos convert.
- Experience with TikTok Shop Ads (product sales, GMV optimization, scaling frameworks).
- Ability to analyze data, read dashboards, and understand SKU-level P&L.
- Comfortable managing 50–200 creators at a time.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate fast and independently without hand-holding.
- Familiar with e-commerce operations (shipping, fulfillment, inventory).
Preferred (Not required)
- Experience with marketplace policy issues, compliance, and seller score management.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop analytics tools, reporting tools, or SKU-level financial platforms.
- Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate management.
