Bacio di Latte is growing and we are adding a Marketing Specialist to our dynamic team!
Bacio di Latte is a family owned, high-end gelato shop, making fresh authentic Italian gelato every day in house. Established in 2011, Bacio di Latte has over 215+ stores in Brazil, 18 shops throughout Southern California, and we are growing at a rapid pace! We will open 15 additional stores in 2026 across Northern and Southern California!
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Associate to join our team at Bacio di Latte. This dynamic role is split equally between marketing and operational responsibilities, requiring someone with exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for creative problem-solving. Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus! The ideal candidate brings 1+ years Food & Beverage experience PLUS Marketing Intern or Assistant experience. This role is 100% ONSITE at our West Los Angeles Headquarters and will occasionally travel onsite to our Los Angeles, OC & San Diego shops. ***Must currently reside in Los Angeles.***

You will share our story with clarity and focus on giving the best value and experience to our guests and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Feedback Management
- Check daily reviews across Google, Yelp, Square, UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub
- Reply to customer feedback in a warm, professional way
- Create weekly and monthly review summaries
- Share feedback with each shop and follow up to ensure issues are resolved
Tech & System Management
- Be the go-to person for tech issues with Square, OTTER, TVs and loyalty systems
- Keep an eye out for unusual activity in Square and notify the team
Delivery & Platform Operations
- Prepare weekly reports on delivery performance
- Fix OTTER issues and keep menus accurate and up to date
- Help set up promotions and platform updates when needed
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptive and highly organized.

Qualifications
- 1+ year Food & Beverage Operations or Customer Support experience, preferably in the QSR space, ideally ice cream, coffee or specialty food
- AND/OR
- 1+ year Marketing Specialist experience, preferably in the QSR space, ideally ice cream, coffee or food
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot systems like Square, OTTER, and delivery platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google My Business, Yelp, OTTER, Delivery Platforms and Instagram)
- Familiarity with operations in a customer-facing environment; food & beverage experience is preferred.

Salary range for this role is $52,000 - $54,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
