- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified professionals in the AEC industry through job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for AEC roles.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to understand client staffing needs, project requirements, and hiring goals.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on AEC market trends, certifications, and emerging technologies to match client needs accurately.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of AEC professionals for current and future opportunities.
- Placement Management: Coordinate interviews, negotiate job offers, and facilitate onboarding for successful placements.
