Sales & Marketing Manager – Homebuilder (Fort Worth, TX)
NewPad Building Company is a growing, locally owned homebuilder focused on building high-quality, affordable infill homes and duplexes across Fort Worth and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to own our entire front-end sales engine — from lead generation to realtor relationships to brand execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems, and wants real ownership over results.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for driving sales velocity and brand presence across all channels:
Sales & Lead Management
- Own all incoming buyer and realtor leads and ensure timely follow-up
- Proactively reach out to buyers, investors, and agents (calls, texts, email)
- Manage CRM activity, lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate showings, open houses, and buyer tours
- Support contract execution and transaction flow through closing
Realtor & Brokerage Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local realtors and brokerages
- Execute broker outreach, broker opens, and listing follow-up strategies
- Ensure NewPad listings are well-presented, marketed, and actively promoted
Marketing Oversight
- Manage third-party social media/marketing vendors (direction, accountability, content approval)
- Coordinate email campaigns, listing blasts, and buyer outreach
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across listings, signage, digital, and print
- Collaborate with ownership on marketing strategy and campaign ideas
Reporting & Accountability
- Track key sales and marketing metrics (leads, tours, contracts, conversions)
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline activity and performance
- Continuously refine processes to improve conversion and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in sales, real estate, homebuilding, or marketing (homebuilder or brokerage experience a plus)
- Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone and in person
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Comfortable managing vendors and holding them accountable
- Data-driven mindset with a bias toward action
- Positive, team-oriented attitude (this matters here)
Why NewPad?
- Direct access to ownership and decision-makers
- Real responsibility and influence over company growth
- Clear systems, goals, and accountability (EOS-based company)
- Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales
- Small, high-performing team that values quality, efficiency, and positivity
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
Work Location: In person
