Job Summary
The Product Marketing Associate supports both product marketing execution and marketing activation efforts that enable sales teams, customer success teams, prospects, and customers to better understand, adopt, and engage with Inspirus’ employee recognition and engagement platform.
This role blends product enablement, content operations, campaign support, and go-to-market coordination. It is ideal for an early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience across SaaS product marketing, sales enablement, and customer and market facing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include, but are Not Limited to:
1. Knowledge Base Content & Customer Enablement (HubSpot)
You will help manage Inspirus’ customer-facing Knowledge Base and education content.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles in HubSpot or similar tools
- Draft instructional content such as:
Product walkthroughs
Feature updates
FAQs
How-to guides
- Produce supporting media assets:
Short training videos
Screenshots and annotated walkthroughs
PPT Slides
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate:
Content drafting
Documentation creation
Process mapping
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to ensure accuracy
- Support future multilingual expansion
- Partner with Marketing to align Knowledge Base content with campaigns and feature announcements
2. RFP & RFPIO (Responsive) Enablement Support
You will support Inspirus and revenue operations through RFP management.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and organize content within Responsive (formerly RFPIO)
- Assist with RFP/RFI submissions by:
Drafting initial responses
Coordinating inputs from Sales, CS, and Product SMEs
Tracking deadlines and approvals
- Clean up legacy content and outdated responses
- Help redesign the RFP response structure and workflows
- Align messaging with current product positioning and marketing narratives
3. Image Asset Library & Creative Coordination
You will help manage visual assets used across the platform and marketing channels.
eCard & Recognition Asset Management
- Coordinate creation of eCard assets aligned with CNX technical specifications
- Partner with internal teams and design partners
- Develop global, inclusive, and culturally relevant themes
- Support quarterly and seasonal content releases tied to marketing calendars
- Publish approved assets to Knowledge Base and Confluence repositories
Platform Visual Assets
Spotlight images
Standard experience visuals
- Maintain organized asset libraries for Sales, CS, and Marketing teams
- Ensure brand consistency across product and marketing touchpoints
4. Sales Demo Environment Creation
You will help create and maintain demo experiences used by Sales and Customer Success.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage demo requests and intake workflows
- Build demo environments including:
Test users
Sample recognition activity
Sample program setups
- Upload branded imagery and marketing visuals
- Maintain demo documentation and best practices
- Ensure demo environments reflect current product positioning and feature releases
5. Marketing Campaign & Product Launch Support
You will support go-to-market execution and campaign activation efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with product launch execution by:
Updating product pages and landing pages
Supporting email and website content updates
Coordinating asset handoffs between teams
- Help prepare sales enablement materials:
One-pagers
Product slides
Feature announcements
Interactive experiences
- Support campaign content development including:
Blog coordination
Social post drafts
Email copy drafts
- Ensure consistent messaging across product, marketing, and sales materials
6. Shopping & GRS Landing Page Support
You will help support new digital product experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with development and QA of Shopping and GRS landing pages
- Coordinate feedback loops with Product, UX,[TH4] and Marketing teams
- Help manage content updates and ongoing optimization
- Ensure messaging aligns with broader marketing positioning
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
You will work closely with multiple teams to streamline workflows.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams
- Help document internal workflows and best practices
- Manage and continual update Confluence with latest Marketing, Product, and CS assets
- Identify opportunities to improve:
Content organization
Enablement processes
Asset accessibility
- Support internal training and enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in:
Marketing
Product Marketing
Sales Enablement
Content Operations
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with:
- HubSpot
- Confluence
- RFPIO / Responsive
- Vidyard
- CMS platforms
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or HR tech
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express)
- Interest in AI tools for content and documentation
- Understanding of go-to-market and campaign workflows
