The Sales & Marketing Coordinator II supports the Merrychef US Sales team by coordinating trade shows, events, and regional marketing activities. This role also partners closely with the UK Marketing team to adapt global campaigns for the US market and ensure consistent brand execution. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate marketing materials, managing communication flows, and assisting with product launch and promotional activities.
This position reports directly to the GM, Merrychef Americas and will be based onsite in Coppell, TX. This role requires travel across the US for trade shows and marketing opportunities, with occasional travel to the UK as needed. To succeed, you will be highly self-motivated and resourceful, with experience in sales coordination or marketing within the US. You will be organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Event & Sales Support
- Coordinate US trade shows, key account events, and buying group activities.
- Manage requests for marketing materials, price lists, brochures, and sales collateral.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment between the US Sales team, UK Marketing, and external agencies.
Marketing Campaign & Advertising Support
- Assist with US campaign implementation and regionalization of global assets.
- Support advertising planning, media schedules, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ensure US website content is accurate and updated in partnership with Digital Marketing.
Marketing Asset Management
- Customize marketing materials for the US market, including imagery and language changes.
- Create and distribute email campaigns to US reps, dealers, and chefs.
- Maintain and upload documents to buying group portals.
Content & Creative Development
- Support US customer case studies, photography, and video production.
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media content.
- Coordinate with agencies for marketing assets and promotional merchandise.
Market Insights & Product Support
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product updates.
- Support creation of pricing documents and administration of AutoQuotes.
- Assist with coordination of regional new product launch timelines and asset readiness.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting sales and/or marketing functions is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Must have trade show and event coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign (or equivalent), Photoshop, and basic video editing is required.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar email/website platforms is a plus.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience working with social media marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work across teams and interact with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

- Flexibility to work extended hours, as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time - domestic and internationally. Must have a valid passport and driver’s license.
- Physical Demands Required: Extended computer work, lifting up to 35 lbs for event setup, standing/standing for extended periods.
