Humble Crew Auto Spa is not a lifestyle brand, a side hustle, or a “content-first” vanity business. We are a rapidly scaling, high-end automotive protection company specializing in PPF, ceramic coatings, tint, and premium vehicle preservation. We are building a dominant regional brand with national relevance.
We are hiring a senior marketing leader who wants ownership, responsibility, and long-term upside—not another short-term role.
This position will play a direct, material role in the company’s growth trajectory.

The Role
You will be responsible for owning and scaling Humble Crew’s marketing ecosystem, with a heavy emphasis on SEO, YouTube growth, analytics, and brand authority.
This is a strategic + executional leadership role. You will work directly with ownership and influence company-level decisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and execute SEO strategy (local, service-based, and authority-driven)
- Lead YouTube SEO, analytics, and content optimization
- CTR optimization (titles/thumbnails)
- Watch-time, retention, audience alignment
- Manufacturer + vehicle-specific search capture
- Translate analytics into clear growth decisions
- Align marketing strategy with sales, operations, and brand positioning
- Guide content direction across YouTube, web, and social—not just post content
- Build systems that scale (documentation, repeatable frameworks, standards)
- Act as a long-term steward of the Humble Crew brand
Required Qualifications
- Proven credentials in marketing, SEO, or growth (agency, in-house, or hybrid)
- Bachelor's Degree minimum
- Demonstrable experience driving organic growth, not just paid traffic
- Deep understanding of:
- SEO fundamentals and technical structure
- YouTube SEO, metrics, and algorithmic behavior
- Conversion-focused content strategy
- Strong analytical mindset—decisions backed by data, not vibes
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
