We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Winston-Salem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Pay: $28/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Position Overview
The Finance Analyst will support the organization by managing Distributor Volume Reporting. This role contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s GBS Control operations, focusing on distributor fee calculations, volume processing, and resolution of reporting errors.
Key Accountabilities
- Timely Reporting & Analysis
- Process, analyze, and approve distributor volume reports accurately and promptly on a daily basis.
- Use tools/systems to track processing times and error resolution, driving continuous improvement.
- Productivity Metrics Monitoring
- Adhere to productivity metrics set by Senior Leadership (e.g., volume recovery processing time, error resolution targets, reporting schedules).
- Regularly review data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Deadline Adherence
- Ensure strict compliance with deadlines for distributor volume recovery.
- Prioritize tasks based on financial reporting and compliance impacts.
- Process Optimization
- Evaluate and enhance processes related to distributor volume reporting and error code resolution.
- Implement standardized workflows, automation, and streamlined operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance, IT, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on volume recovery deliverables.
- Address issues related to reporting, error resolution, or financial accuracy.
- Risk Mitigation
- Develop strategies to prevent recurring reporting errors, customer disputes, and compliance risks.
- Conduct routine risk assessments and strengthen internal controls.
- Support for PGT Initiatives
- Contribute to PGT (PepsiCo Global Template) activities and provide support to the Volume Reporting Team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to assess risk and materiality.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple leadership levels.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong responsiveness.
- Ability to work under SLAs and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with experience in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strong time-management practices.
- Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft applications, with high proficiency.
- 1–3 years of demonstrated analytical and problem-solving experience.
- Proven experience implementing process automation.
