Role Overview
We are hiring an SDR who can create pipeline with speed and discipline. This role is not about spraying messages. It is about intelligent targeting, strong outreach, and getting senior stakeholders into meetings with our AEs and founders.
You will run outbound with quality and urgency. You will use AI daily to research, personalise, test messaging, and improve conversion. You will be measured on meetings created, pipeline influenced, and execution quality.
What You Will Do
- Build outbound lists for our priority accounts and segments.
- Research buyers and develop sharp personalised outreach.
- Run multi channel sequences across email, calls, LinkedIn, and events.
- Book first meetings for AEs and ensure clean handover notes.
- Work closely with marketing on campaign follow up and event conversion.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate account research, messaging tests, and execution.
- Maintain clean data in HubSpot, including activity logging and outcomes.
- Improve outreach performance through weekly testing and iteration.

- Minimum Requirements
- Experience in outbound SDR work or similar sales development role.
- Confidence speaking with enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- High discipline, follow through, and pace.
- AI fluency and willingness to use AI daily for research and outreach.
- Comfort working in a founder led, high velocity environment.
- Bias for action and ownership.
