We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial / Commercial Engineer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in a leading maritime and shipyard solutions organization. This role blends engineering expertise with executive-level administrative support, providing exposure to commercial operations, project management, and operational leadership.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering or a related field
Strong understanding of maritime, shipyard, or industrial processes
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage executive-level priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Role Overview:
As the Industrial / Commercial Engineer, you will:
Act as the CEO’s right-hand, providing strategic and operational support across multiple business functions
Assist in planning and executing engineering projects related to shipyard and maritime systems
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and executive communications
Support commercial activities, such as client proposals, cost analysis, and vendor coordination
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Preferred Skills:
Experience in marine engineering, naval architecture, or shipyard projects
Knowledge of commercial operations and project finance
Ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership and external partners
