Executive Housekeeper Position
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Naples, FL, for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, handling laundry and wardrobe care, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, training staff, and consistently providing exceptional service to the household. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage operations seamlessly and uphold the highest level of professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the home to an impeccable, hotel-caliber standard through daily cleaning, deep-cleaning routines, and proper care of fine materials and furnishings.
- Manage all laundry and wardrobe care, including delicates, stain treatment, pressing/steaming, dry-cleaning coordination, and efficient packing and unpacking for travel.
- Keep all areas — including closets, pantries, and storage spaces — organized, tidy, and fully stocked, monitoring inventory and replenishing supplies proactively.
- Maintain a spotless kitchen, including appliances, surfaces, china, crystal, and silver; assist with basic food prep, beverages, and table setting as needed.
- Ensure the home is always guest-ready, providing polished and discreet hospitality during arrivals, departures, and visits.
- Identify and report maintenance needs and coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring privacy and proper oversight.
- Work collaboratively with the household team, contributing to a smooth, respectful, and professional environment.
- Provide light boat assistance, including helping principals on/off the vessel, refreshing towels, light cleaning, and preparing the boat before/after use.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of housekeeping experience in luxury homes, high-end hotels, or yachts.
- Strong laundry and wardrobe care skills, including delicates, pressing/steaming, stain treatment, and closet organization.
- Proven ability to maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, detail, and organization.
- Comfortable working in UHNW households with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with luxury finishes and proper care techniques.Highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently while following household protocols.
- Warm but unobtrusive service style with strong communication skills.
- Ability to assist with light boat preparation and safe boarding support (experience on yachts a plus).
- Must pass background check, driving check, credit check, criminal history, and provide professional references. NDA required.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
