Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Manager of Risk and Remediation Projects to join their team. As a Manager of Risk and Remediation Projects, you will be part of the Global Merchant & Network Services department supporting risk management and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration: 2-3 months ( This is a short-term assignment for increased work load
What's the Job?
- Lead high-profile risk-related initiatives across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and improve processes.
- Coordinate effectively between initiative sponsors, workstreams, and business partners to deliver project mandates.
- Synthesize complex insights from diverse sources and utilize frameworks to structure information clearly.
- Develop change management strategies to ensure the long-term success of business initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Proven project management and process development skills with a sense of urgency for driving initiatives forward.
- Ability to work effectively within highly matrixed teams and navigate ambiguity with limited supervision.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to gain stakeholder followership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation proficiency (PowerPoint fluency).
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, with a keen attention to detail.
