Role Overview
We’re looking for an Executive Creative Assistant to work directly alongside our Creative Director. This role blends social media management, content distribution, and hands-on creative execution.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you must have deep skill in at least one of the following:
- Graphic Design
- UX/UI
- Video
- Photography
- Social media content creation
You will help capture, organize, edit, and distribute content across social platforms while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director on daily creative tasks and content planning
- Assist in capturing content (photo/video) for clients and internal projects
- Design or edit content depending on your specialty
- Schedule and distribute social media content across platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Graphics)
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across all posts
- Support campaign launches, events, and client activations
- Stay current on social trends while respecting brand voice and quality
Requirements
- Based in Chicago, IL
- College Degree or Graduating in 2026
- Available for a hybrid work setup
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Deep expertise in at least one creative discipline (design, UX/UI, video, or photography)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and visual taste
- Ability to execute and take direction, while also contributing ideas
Bonus Points
- Experience in hospitality, food, or culture-driven brands
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow, or CapCut
- On-set or in-restaurant content capture experience
