Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator specializing in social media management, PPC campaigns, and email marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our clients' social media accounts, PPC campaigns, and email marketing campaigns, implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates within the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok) for multiple client accounts.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and written content) aligned with each client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and initiate interactions to foster community engagement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and segmentation for targeted audiences.
- Stay informed about email marketing best practices, industry trends, and evolving technologies to implement innovative strategies.
- Own PPC strategy and performance oversight across Google, Meta, and Amazon, aligning spend, goals, and KPIs with client objectives.
- Review and guide PPC optimization with media buyers, using ROAS, CPA, and conversion data to inform budget and creative decisions.
- Collaborate with account managers, customers service team, and other departments to align strategies.
- Prepare and present regular marketing reports and updates to senior management and/or clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in social media management, ppc management, and email marketing, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
· Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating visually appealing content.
· Proficiency in social media analytics tools and email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
