Job Title: Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the execution and management of marketing strategies for our clients. This role will be responsible for managing both internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, digital marketing, and client relationship management, with a strong ability to coordinate multiple moving parts and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans that align with client goals and industry trends.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to content creation, are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
Team & Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate internal teams (creative, social media, content, design, and sales) and external agencies/partners.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring efficient execution of all marketing services.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including media buyers, influencers, and marketing agencies.
- Conduct regular check-ins with teams and clients to ensure alignment and progress toward objectives.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, customer insights, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client success, engagement, and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing management, project management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Monday.com, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Strong plus for Monday.com / Bigcommerce / Shopify
