We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Call Center & Marketing Manager to lead our sales call center team in the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate has experience managing sales teams and supporting marketing efforts to drive lead generation and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the call center sales team to consistently meet performance targets.
- Develop and maintain sales scripts, workflows, and quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives.
- Execute marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and appointment setting.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales goals and team needs.
- Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and day-to-day team operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and results.
- Ensure all call center operations follow company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in New Jersey and available to work on-site.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Call Center Manager in a sales environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing related to sales or lead generation.
- Experience in the solar industry is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
