The Director of Marketing and Sales is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market expansion. This role leads both marketing and sales teams, aligns go-to-market efforts, and ensures consistent messaging and performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets
- Establish sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Oversee key account management and major client relationships
- Improve sales processes, pipelines, and conversion rates
Marketing Leadership
- Oversee brand strategy, positioning, and messaging
- Lead marketing initiatives including digital marketing, content, advertising, events, and public relations
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms and customer touchpoints
- Measure and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics
Collaboration & Alignment
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to support lead generation and customer acquisition
- Work closely with product, operations, and executive leadership teams
- Ensure smooth handoff between marketing leads and sales execution
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing and sales budgets effectively
- Track ROI, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Prepare reports and present insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
