Are you a detail-driven business professional who thrives on organization, accountability, and collaboration? Were looking for a Business Manager to lead and streamline the daily operations of our business officeensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance across multiple functions.
In this role, youll oversee areas including budgeting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, inventory, fleet management, and contracts, while partnering closely with Corporate Accounting and senior leadership to align financial priorities with organizational goals.
What Youll Do
- Lead and supervise daily business office operations following company policy and GAAP standards
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll accuracy, approvals, and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to drive financial performance
- Support continuous improvement in processes and systems
What Were Looking For
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).
- A Masters degree in Business or Public Administration is preferred and may substitute for one year of supervisory experience.
Experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in a financial or business management role involving budget preparation and/or administration of government contracts (required).
- Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory capacity, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills (required).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and strong financial reporting and analysis capabilities (required).
