We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Customer Solutions team, supporting senior leadership development engagements with some of the most iconic companies in the world.

What you’ll do
- Act as the “quarterback” across multiple client engagements
- Build and manage project plans, track deadlines, and drive follow-through
- Assists in creating polished presentations, and engagement materials
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and partner closely with contracts and finance
- Spend significant time in Salesforce supporting sales and delivery teams
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, matrixed work
What we’re looking for
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in ambiguity
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
Skills
- Excel and PowerPoint required
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Salesforce experience a plus (or strong willingness to learn)
