Job Overview

Job Title: Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR - Appointment Setting)

Schedule: 9-5 EST, Monday to Friday

Location: Remote (must be based in the US)
Compensation: Base Salary + commission + performance bonuses

On-Target Earnings: $6,000-$8,000 p/ month (with unlimited earning potential)
(all of our SDR's made over $80k this year)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your primary focus will be on appointment setting, and doing outreach to prospects through various channels such as phone, email, as well as engaging with inbound leads form Facebook Ads and Cold email.

You will receive additional training and work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and set up meetings, contributing to the overall success of the sales process. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a SDR at Hitched Marketing, you'll receive training on our proven process for turning strangers into loyal clients and be a key member of our conversion-based marketing agency. You’ll be the middle man in helping these wedding venues find a reliable and efficient way to help them scale their businesses.

Responsibilities & Duties

Conduct inbound & outbound prospecting through follow up calls, cold emails, and Facebook Ads leads to generate booked appointments
Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within the wedding venue industry.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining fit for the company's products/services.
Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within a business day)
Learn and understand our tech stack (systems and tools) so you can use them effectively. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist, just a basic understanding of how and why things work.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and update lead status.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Track performance metrics and report on outreach efforts to management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and share insights from prospects.
Manage and prioritize daily tasks to ensure maximum productivity.
Participate in role-playing exercises to practice and enhance sales techniques.
You are ready, willing, and EXCITED to role play and practice communication and techniques to sell clients on an idea, strategy, concept, or new initiative
You are comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world
You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
You’re fun to be around over coffee or cocktails outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).
You're located in the United States to attend occasional in-person conferences

Qualifications

Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
At LEAST 1 Yr of Prior Experience (REQUIRED)
Previous experience working for a digital marketing agency or consulting agency preferred
Solution Focused Mindset
Passion for all things digital marketing and helping small businesses grow
Experience using project management / CRM tools preferred
Demonstrated understanding and awareness of prospescts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge and experience of booking qualified appointments
Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to manage multiple conversations and relationships with prospects while staying focused on the details
