Role: Engagement Manager
Compensation: $200k - $300k + Competitive equity
Location: San Francisco, US | On-site (5 days in office)
YOE: 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, implementation, or insurance-focused roles

About the Role
We are looking for the first Engagement Manager to join a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company in insurance. This is a high-impact role for a top-tier business operator who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to sit at the center of customers, product, and execution.
This person will own customer onboarding and success end-to-end, maintain and grow a book of business, and work closely with founders and engineers to turn customer feedback into scalable processes and product improvements.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a consultant (e.g., MBB) or in customer implementation roles
- Prior experience working with insurance or financial services customers
- Strong technical intuition with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Undergraduate degree from a top-50 university
