We are looking for a passionate and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our Email Marketing team. As an Email Marketing Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for email campaign execution, program automation and creation, and will contribute to the ongoing success and upward momentum of the department. You will be working with the latest marketing technology in collaboration with Design and the Account Executive team.
Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
· Deploy a variety of email campaigns and review for correct copy, offers, links, and terms.
· Build and optimize workflows aligned with the goals of our email programs (welcome series, retention, etc.)
· Create and modify segments based on behaviors such as past email engagement, website interaction, and purchasing history.
· Understand email KPIs, their indication on performance, and conceptualize ways to build upon our current product suite.
· Assist in A/B testing, analyzing results, and implementing changes.
· Stay current on email marketing trends and compliance.
· Other duties as assigned such as yearly auditing.
Email Marketing Specialist Requirements
· Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent.
· 2+ years prior experience in email marketing.
· Proven experience in quality control for customer-facing emails.
· Hands-on experience with HTML & CSS; prior experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
· Prior experience with lifecycle marketing or automotive marketing is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
