Position Summary

We are hiring a Financial Analyst who supports the Finance Directorwith administrative and transactional daily tasks like filing, invoice tracking, and expense recording.

This is a remote, full-time position based in Colombia, working U.S. business hours. You will receive full training in our systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Record Daily Financial Transactions
Prepare and Issue Invoices
Process Bills and Payments
Reconcile bank statements with company records monthly.
Post journal entries accurately to reflect company transactions
Monitor customer payments and vendor balances.
Organize receipts, invoices, contracts, and payment confirmations
Handle inquiries about invoices, payments, or account balances.

What We’re Looking For

2 – 5 years of experience in accounting or financial related roles.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting Software
High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
Fluent English (B2 minimum)
Good organizational and communication skills.
