Position Summary
We are hiring a
Financial Analyst who supports the Finance Directorwith administrative and transactional daily tasks like filing, invoice tracking, and expense recording.
This is a remote, full-time position based in
Colombia, working
U.S. business hours. You will receive full training in our systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Record Daily Financial Transactions
- Prepare and Issue Invoices
- Process Bills and Payments
- Reconcile bank statements with company records monthly.
- Post journal entries accurately to reflect company transactions
- Monitor customer payments and vendor balances.
- Organize receipts, invoices, contracts, and payment confirmations
- Handle inquiries about invoices, payments, or account balances.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 – 5 years of experience in accounting or financial related roles.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting Software
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
- Fluent English (B2 minimum)
- Good organizational and communication skills.
