About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Associate to support the daily operations of our Shopify storefront. This role is ideal for someone early in their eCommerce career who is comfortable working inside Shopify, enjoys organization and execution, and wants to grow their skills in online retail and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day management of the Shopify store
- Upload and update products, variants, pricing, descriptions, and images
- Build and maintain collections, tags, and product organization
- Support site updates including banners, landing pages, and promotional content
- QA site changes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and mobile responsiveness
- Help launch promotions, sales, and new product drops
- Monitor inventory visibility and flag issues to the eCommerce or Operations team
- Assist with basic reporting on site performance and product sales
- Manage and maintain Shopify apps (reviews, subscriptions, upsells, etc.)
- Provide general support for eCommerce-related projects as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, Web design, or a related field
- Experience with Shopify (admin-level familiarity preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Nice to Have
- Experience with product merchandising or retail
- Familiarity with GA4 or Shopify analytics
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Interest in eCommerce, DTC brands, or online retail
- Experience with email/SMS tools

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
