Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in commercial and residential and develop new business opportunities across various territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, management, and customer relationship building, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Experience with Xactimate software and other estimating software along with technical sales expertise, will be highly valued. This position involves both inside and outside sales activities, including lead generation, product demonstrations, and negotiation to close deals effectively. JW Restores is a full-service general contractor which makes for a wide range of sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Manage existing accounts and foster long-term relationships through excellent customer service and ongoing support.
- Identify new business opportunities via cold calling, lead generation, networking, and market analysis.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management strategies.
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technical or product-driven environment.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management.
- Familiarity with CRM software - CRM tools for managing sales pipelines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple jobs or account across the state.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct outreach efforts and networking.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning though our design build process.
- Experience in marketing strategies related to sales growth is a plus.
- A proactive approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
