Overview:
- Chevrolet Marketing is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Website Manager to support digital strategy development and execution across vehicle content, shopping tools, and marketing campaigns.
- This role is critical in delivering seamless online research and shopping experience by collaborating with creative, marketing, advertising, digital product, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase.
- This role integrates cross-functional teams and consumer insights to shape a cohesive digital strategy aligned with Chevrolet’s brand and business objectives.
- The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of cross-channel digital marketing.
- A passion for improving website performance, enhancing user experience, and proficiency in analytics and product management for data-driven decisions are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital customer experience strategy across digital channels and platforms.
- Identify and help define features and functionality to effectively communicate Chevrolet’s product and brand stories.
- Manage processes and timelines, coordinating with production and creative agencies to ensure timely launches.
- Lead collaboration with external agencies and internal cross-functional partners for cohesive digital strategy execution.
- Work closely with marketing colleagues and business partners to enhance website performance and achieve key performance indicators.
- Advocate user-centric design, implementing best practices, usability research, and customer insights throughout development.
- Regularly analyze website metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous digital optimization and testing.
- Oversee website content strategy, management, and asset creation to support shopping tool implementation.
- Support integration of personalization strategies and dynamic content to improve user engagement and drive conversion.
- Ensure digital content compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and legal requirements.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of UX design and digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with online shopping tools, content management systems, and experience with search engine and LLM optimization.
- Technical aptitude to clearly communicate complex concepts with technical teams and designers.
- Experience translating user insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications:
