Our Team is looking for an interior designer to add to our skilled design-build company. Role Responsibilities:
- Job can be full-time or part-time position.
- Guide clients through material and product selections effectively.
- Elevation drawings and floor plans.
- Manage and relay critical information among clients, PR Design Build, and trade partners.
- Collaborate with vendors and trades to keep selection offerings fresh and relevant.
- Serve as the primary liaison during the selection process, catering attentively to client preferences.
- Ensure the Design Studio showcases current trends and appropriate options.
- Organize regular meetings with vendors and trades to review selection offerings.
- Create tailored selection packages for clients and educate our team on specific needs.
- Conduct client meetings for selection processes and architectural design stages.
- Analyze client lifestyles and design preferences to enhance space functionality.
- Coordinate client visits to vendor locations and direct staging of furniture and accessories.
- Document selections, requests, and sketches within BuilderTrend during meetings.
- Maintain accurate client data in our database and update any architectural drawing changes.
- Prepare and manage Project Manager Binders, including all necessary documentation and installation drawings.
- Support marketing efforts through Social Media, network events, and material display vignettes such as Wine and Design event.
- Engage in ongoing product training and strive to enhance company processes and systems.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Degree in Interior Design required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings.
- Skilled in architectural design software like Chief Architect, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with precision.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to quickly build trust and credibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
