The Client Relations Specialist's path includes mastering complex sales negotiations, developing strategic sales partnerships, and executing targeted sales campaigns across West Michigan.
As a Client Relations Specialist, you'll gain the authority through thorough training to explain how fiber's reliability supports every critical business application. You initiate sales by listening to pain points and prescribing solutions. The Client Relations Specialist’s follow-through ensures each sale delivers on its promise, building the reputation that fuels their next sale.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Relations Specialist
- Participate with senior client consultants in business visits, practicing how to position AT&T Business Fiber and VoIP as essential for modern operations.
- Assist in service enrollments, supporting multi‑line wireless activations, fiber tiers, and VoIP deployments with accuracy to drive sales conversions.
- Present AT&T’s innovations personally on ActiveArmor for business and Wi‑Fi 7 hardware as differentiators that drive confident purchasing decisions
- Shadow mentors to learn portfolio management, practicing how to balance activation targets, upselling opportunities, and client retention.
- Demonstrate unified communications in person, showing how AT&T’s VoIP integrates seamlessly with mobile 5G+ devices to boost productivity.
- Collaborate with management to review territory sales performance, refining outreach strategies to align with Grand Rapids market trends.
Minimum Qualifications of the Client Relations Specialist
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is highly preferred but not essential.
- Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or customer support, consistently exceeding quotas with energy and professionalism.
- Technical proficiency to present AT&T Business Fiber, VoIP traffic optimization, and eSIM fleet solutions in clear, persuasive language.
- Strong organizational discipline to maintain territory performance data and account integrity.
- Direct, resilient attitude with the ability to handle complex business demands and deliver AT&T solutions confidently in person
Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,900.00 per month
