Our customers have been returning since the 1950's due to our high level of customer service and quality experiences. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic person to join our Sale Team!
Our Sales Professionals operate with a base pay, commissions on sales made, as well as a combined group bonus. Here at Broene’s, we work as a team to provide the best service to our customers and are compensated as such! Our commission plan gives our staff a great opportunity to maximize income. There is no cap on commissions, so there are no income limitations. Previous sales experience is required, we will provide thorough training on all of our products to set you, and the Broene’s team, up for success.
We offer a wide range of design services to our customers, such as fabric & leather coordination, floor, stain, and other textile matching as well as furniture design. An eye for style coordination is a must!
We are currently hiring for a PART-TIME role, 3-4 days per week!
Sales Professional Overview:
- Responsible for assisting customers in the selection, purchase, and delivery of merchandise while providing a warm and friendly customer service experience.
- The ideal person will have the ability to read each customer’s needs and match their requirements to the benefits of our merchandise.
- Assist with maintaining store displays and merchandising on the showroom floor
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout each day-to-day challenge.
- Able to put together color combinations unique to each customers design needs
The Essentials
- Must have a proven and quantifiable track record of sales success

- Ability to work retail hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand and to move freely on the showroom floor for an extended time.
Part-Time - 3-4 Days Per Week
Pay: Successful individuals should make no less than $40,000-$50,000, even as a part-time designer, and up depending on skill level, tenacity, and success!
