Role Responsibilities for a Team Member
- Lead solar outreach by educating customers about clean energy benefits and generating interest in tailored solar service programs
- Coordinate service setup by preparing customer accounts, verifying documentation, and ensuring smooth activation and installation processes
- Address customer inquiries remotely with clarity and empathy, guiding clients through enrollment and ongoing solar support
- Maintain precise CRM records by documenting interactions, milestones, and updates to ensure visibility and compliance across all campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer feedback and usage patterns to recommend appropriate upgrades and enhance satisfaction
- Attend weekly sales meetings and Team Member training sessions to further strength your skills and grow your career
- Support cross-functional teamwork by streamlining onboarding, resolving service issues, and upholding operational standards for solar service delivery

Team Member Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or environmental science preferred
- Experience in customer support, outreach, or service coordination—preferably within energy, utilities, or subscription-based services
- Prior Team Member experience is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to simplify solar concepts and guide clients through enrollment
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools to ensure accurate documentation and account management
- Adaptable, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple outreach priorities in a fast-paced, solar-focused environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
