Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with a passion for retail and e-commerce environments. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with product management and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business objectives.
Duties
- Work with our team of experts to optimize all digital ads and campaigns with Google & Meta
- Create striking and relevant content for social media frequently - following popular trends - willing to be in the content is preferred
- Create email marketing campaigns targeting new products and launches
- Execute event marketing programs at sponsored activities such as Spring Training games (weekend availability required)
- Manage digital content across platforms including social media channels (Facebook & Instagram), and email campaigns.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Track campaign results through analytics tools to measure effectiveness and report insights to stakeholders.
- Identify product trends and needs to make sure we have the right products on the shelves for our customers at any given time
- Monitor pricing to keep us competitive with current pricing of competitors
- Interview & Manage a team of freelance promotional marketers for sponsored events
- Identify other events to sponsor
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing including social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies as well as retail and e-commerce environments.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various audiences.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other social media advertising platforms.
- Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously within budget constraints.
- Fun and engaging personality to engage attendees at live events
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
