We are a sales and consulting firm partnered with AT&T, and we are hiring AT&T Representatives in Fort Myers to help customers find reliable wireless solutions that fit their everyday needs. This AT&T Representative position is an entry-level role for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new products, looking to start in sales and building strong communication skills.
As an AT&T Representative, you will focus on customer service and sales services helping customers understand their wireless and phone options, answering questions, and guiding them through the process of getting connected. No experience in telecom is required.
AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting AT&T wireless and technology services based on their usage and needs.
- Explain service options to customers, device features available, and current promotions in a clear, friendly, and professional way.
- Support customers through the sales enrollment and setup process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Follow up with customers as needed to answer questions and confirm satisfaction.
- Work closely with your team to maintain high service standards and support daily sales goals.
- Learn product knowledge and communication skills that support long-term growth within the company.
