As an AT&T Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in representing AT&T's products and services to both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The ideal AT&T Sales Associate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and client service.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Team Member:
- Serve as the main contact and direct representative for assigned AT&T residential consumer accounts
- Promote and sell AT&T's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct in person product presentations and provide detailed product and service information to potential and current customers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with AT&T’s products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and deliver outstanding results.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
