We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Wealth Advisory Associate who shares our commitment to professionalism and excellence, has a strong interest in becoming a part of our collaborative work environment and is eager to contribute to our continued growth and success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and acting as the trusted right hand to a busy advisor. You will own the advisor’s calendar, drive meeting preparation, follow-up with clients, and ensure our service experience is seamless and efficient.
This role is an onsite full-time time position (40 hrs./week). This is not a sales position.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the advisor’s calendar: proactively scheduling, confirming, and organizing all client meetings and calls.
- Serve as the advisor’s right hand: handle inbound calls, resolve client needs, and create a smooth, high-touch client experience.
- Conduct timely follow-up with clients and prospects to move tasks and opportunities forward.
- Prepare and assemble all meeting materials; manage meeting prep workflows and ensure the advisor is fully prepared.
- Maintain accurate client records and data across CRM and planning systems.
- Contribute to process improvements, team projects, and general administrative support.
- Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines with strong organization and follow-through.
Skills/Education
- Proven experience in financial services preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow through on projects.
- Comfortable in sales support, customer service, and relationship building.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
