Retail Marketing & Sales Associate (W-2)

We are hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
This is a W-2 position focused on in-person marketing, sales, and customer engagement inside major retail locations. If you’re outgoing, competitive, and enjoy working with people every day, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Represent well-known brands inside retail locations
- Engage customers face-to-face and create a positive experience
- Promote current products, services, and in-store offers
- Answer customer questions and recommend the best options
- Hit daily and weekly performance goals
- Maintain a professional, upbeat presence on the sales floor
- Work closely with your team to support campaign goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Goal-driven, competitive, and reliable
- Team-oriented with a great attitude
- Able to commute to the office for weekly staff meetings
- Sales or retail experience is a plus (not required)
