Executes all tasks related to Digital & Technology Financials management as described below:
Task Summary
- Financial Planning & Budget Management (40%)
- Maintain the master budget tracker by period
- Support period-end and quarter-end lockdown and reporting activities
- Tech Fees & FZ Billing (20%)
- Execute the per-period technology billing process under Thomas’ oversight
- Transition the Tech Fees list from OneSource to MTB for improved access and visibility for FZs and TB team
- R&D Tax Credit Reporting (20%)
- Partner with D&T Budget Owners to support annual R&D tax credit documentation (Q1–Q2)
- Portfolio Organization (10%)
- Create and maintain a centralized Confluence list of TB-owned platforms, YUM platforms, and third-party platforms, including definitions and POCs/TB Owners for each
- Develop a consolidated list of collaboration, product development, PS & monitoring tools, including purpose and budget location
- Ongoing Portfolio Management & Prioritization (10%)
- Support me in establish a standardized process and repository for tracking AA funding requests, status updates, and final funding decisions

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
