Finance Clerk (Entry-Level) – HongMall

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and excited to help build systems from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial and accounting tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking, including organizing invoices and monitoring payment status.
- Help maintain organized financial documentation and assist with preparing basic financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect financial information and support operational processes.
- Assist with expense tracking, payment processing, and general financial administration.
- Support communication with external partners such as payroll providers, accountants, and financial service vendors when needed.
- Work closely with a small team in a startup-style environment where processes are continuously evolving and team members are encouraged to take initiative and learn quickly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for daily communication.
- Able to work full-time on-site in Irvine, CA.
