Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in lead generation and digital advertising to help grow our client acquisition efforts in the tax resolution space.
This role focuses on driving high-quality inbound leads and calls from individuals facing IRS or state tax issues. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, paid media, and how to optimize campaigns based on real results like cost per lead and conversion rates.
Experience in the tax resolution or tax relief industry is strongly preferred, and we are especially interested in candidates who have previously worked with marketing campaigns focused on tax debt, IRS resolution services, or similar financial services.
You will work closely with leadership to manage and improve campaigns across multiple channels while identifying new opportunities to scale lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance including cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
- Test and launch new campaigns, audiences, and creative strategies
- Work with landing pages and funnels to improve lead conversion
- Track and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with the sales or intake team to monitor lead quality and performance
- Assist with managing relationships with lead vendors and marketing partners
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation
- Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and campaign optimization
- Comfortable analyzing campaign data and making performance-driven adjustments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
