Grit is looking to hire a full-time creative person. You probably noticed we are being very broad in the title “creative” This is because at Grit, we all do all sorts of things and we think the best sort of creative people also do all sorts of things.
Grit is highly collaborative and while we need people who are great at what they do, we also want them to be able to productively and enthusiastically contribute to the creative process as a whole. We believe that good ideas come from anywhere and that work is better when we all participate.
Mandatories
- You should be extremely proficient in your core creative competency
- You should have at least two years of agency experience
About Grit.
We are a small creative agency located in Denver, Colorado. Most of our team has been with the agency for at least 4 years. Because we are small and super passionate about doing good work, we sometimes fight to the death over ideas and get hung up for days over what the perfect tagline is or how this one joke might not work on paper but will crush it if we just get the client to let us try it. Basically we all really love each other and work really hard to not only create great work but also try and make each other laugh and cry and never dread going to work.
