Salary: $74,256 – $80,000 annually
The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for driving campus occupancy through strategic referral development and guiding prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in. This role combines external business development with relationship-based sales in a mission-driven senior living community.
- Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Generate leads and increase campus census through outreach and networking
- Manage all inquiries and convert leads to tours and move-ins
- Conduct personalized tours and support families throughout the decision process
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with campus teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or occupancy goals
- Senior living or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
