Culture Pop is a leader in the growing functional soda category. We are distributed in several major Chains in the Chicago metro area. We are looking for a Retail Sales Merchandiser to support our Sales team, DSD partners, Key account programming and deliver best in class retail execution.
Our Retail Sales Merchandiser position will have the following responsibilities:
Support sales and distribution growth throughout territory
Sell in and support display activity
Implement store level merchandising standards
Expand points of distribution and availability
Secure cold availability
Support Key account retail promotional programming
Requirements:
YOU MUST LIVE IN AND AROUND Chicago Metro area - The work will require covering this geography.
4+ days a week in the field
Consistent calls on local retail outlets, working with Culture Pop sales team and DSD partners.
Retail Sales Merchandiser role details:
Monthly Car allowance
Annual salary range of $65,000+ based on experience
KPI bonus opportunities.

Must be a self-starter, organized and driven to succeed and win
Excellent sales and relationship development skills
Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Proficient in basic computer skills, excel, word and the google suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel to support customer programming
